Recolored allows you to add color to your black and white photos in an easy manner. Moreover, this small program can replace various colors in a picture. Recolored is a lightweight photo editor that includes just basic editing tools. Though, it offers a large number of color presets which will ease your work.
The only thing I really appreciated about this program is its ability to perform unlimited “Undo” operations. This is a great advantage, considering that even advanced and more popular photo editors don’t offer this feature.
The graphical user-interface of Recolored resembles, in some way, one of the classic Windows programs - Paint. A lot of working space is available. The only tools that are displayed are the Color Selection panel on the right side of the main window, and the editing tools that are placed on the upper side.
Recolored doesn't offers support for many graphic formats. It is able to open only JPG, BMP, BNP and RCL files. Even so, it efficiently fulfills its purpose of replacing colors in your photos.
In my opinion, Recolored is quite expensive for an application that doesn't offer much. There are other photo editors that offer a great deal of tools, effects, etc. and they are free.
